La excursión muy bien, entretenida y todos muy amables en el barco. La única pega fue la guía que nos recogió en el hotel, fue súper borde y muy desagradable, debería hablar con más educación a las personas que recoge, y si le hacen una pregunta responder correctamente. El avistamiento de cetáceos decepcionante. Nos lo vendieron como que era el objetivo principal, sin embargo fue un pequeño detalle, ya que apenas los vimos, de muy lejos, y fue breve. Demasiada gente para el tamaño del barco, apenas había sitio para estar, salvo que pagues las hamacas de 25€. La tripulación fue muy amable, fueron atentos y agradables. De todos modos, hubieron varias explicaciones que no las dieron en español, a pesar de haber reservado la excursión en ese idioma.

The whale watching was disappointing. It was sold to us as the main objective, but it was a minor detail, as we barely saw them, from very far away, and it was brief. There were too many people for the size of the boat; there was hardly any room to sit unless you paid €25 for the sunbeds. The crew was very friendly, attentive, and pleasant. However, several explanations weren't given in Spanish, even though we had booked the excursion in that language.

Fue una excursión muy agradable, que transcurrió como se esperaba, tal y como había visto en la página de civitatis y en las opiniones. Las tumbonas se agotan pronto. Si tenéis intención de contratarlas, procurad estar atentos y hacerlo en cuanto subáis al catamarán. De la tripulación, especial mención positiva a Salomón y a la única chica que formaba parte de la tripulación. El joven italiano, francamente no tenía mucho agrado. El autobús completo , q se puede entender pero luego el barco era pequeño para tanta gente , no se disfruta bien de la actividad y luego el tema de haber entrado en él cuando ya había medio barco lleno por lo q casi no teníamos ni sitio , la comida plato de plástico con algo de arroz blanco y 4 albongidas , lo mejor que hubo bebidas sin problema aunque eso si , calientes y en caso de plástico … la tripulación del barco muy amable , en cualquier caso no recomiendo la actividad en absoluto .

The bus was full, which is understandable, but then the boat was too small for so many people, so you can't really enjoy the activity. And then there was the issue of boarding when the boat was already half full, so we barely had any room. The food was a plastic plate with some white rice and four meatballs. The best thing was that there were drinks available, although they were warm and in plastic bottles. The boat crew was very friendly. In any case, I don't recommend the activity at all.

Muy mala organización. Dos puntos distintos de recogida. Autobús llega tarde. Guía que parecía alguien del grupo, no explica, no se preocupa. No explica secuenciación. Nos embarcan como ovejas. Nos tuvimos que poner al Sol. Acabamos quemados, muy quemados. Ningún sitio donde dejar las pertenencias. Nadie se preocupa de explicar la secuencia. A la vuelta la guía se baja antes, apenas explicaciones .... No fue una excursión guiada ni explicada. Muy simpáticos los del barco. No vimos delfines.

Nos dijeron que veríamos al 99% ballenas y al 70% delfines. Si para ellos ver ballenas es ver 4 aletas en la superficie durante menos de un minuto porque teníamos que regresar… 2 horas de trayecto hasta Masca, para 10 minutos de baño. 2 horas de vuelta para ver aletas (que ellos dijeron que eran ballenas y podrían ser delfines). No recomiendo la actividad.

They told us we'd see whales 99% of the time and dolphins 70%. If for them seeing whales means seeing four fins at the surface for less than a minute, why did we have to go back? A two-hour drive to Masca for a ten-minute swim. A two-hour drive back to see fins (which they said were whales but could have been dolphins). I don't recommend this activity.
