Bien pero faltó algo de información, por lo menos de lo mas importante por donde pasaba el bote. El escaneo y sii no llevas auriculares, te pierdes. Tendrían que proporcionar los auriculares y con los dos altavoces que tenía el bote, también podrían haberlo ido explicando algo. En fin, un poco mejor organizado.

Good but it lacked some information, at least about the most important places the boat passed by. The scanning is necessary, and if you don't have headphones, you miss out. They should provide headphones, and with the two speakers the boat had, they could have explained a bit more. Overall, it could be better organized.

Lo bueno es que llego el bote a tiempo . Luego de que se mos CANCELara la primera reserva la cambie para mas temprano. También debi por ello cambiar otra del city tour ya que de otra manera no encuadraban ambas . El bote es malo. En la proa no hay asiento y en la popa solo para cuatro personas y el sol à la ida es severo. Desde adentro es mala la vision ya que hay mesas por lo que las que dan hacia atras tienen ventana qur abre pero las que miran a proa son fijas por lo que no se ve casi.

The good thing is that the boat arrived on time. After our first reservation was cancelled, I changed it for an earlier one. I also had to change another city tour reservation because otherwise, they wouldn't fit together. The boat is bad. There's no seating at the bow, and at the stern, there's only room for four people, and the sun is harsh on the outbound journey. The view from inside is poor because there are tables; those facing the back have windows that open, but those facing forward have fixed windows, so you can barely see.

Activité assez quelconque. Le bateau va et revient le long de la rivière sans plus. Un audio guide est proposé mais on ne vous précise pas qu'il s'agit d'un QR code pour obtenir les explications sur un site Internet (dans différentes langues). Malheureusement on ne vous prévient pas à l'avance que cela nécessite un abonnement en roaming et qu'il faut venir avec son propre casque. Très difficile de caler les audios avec les bâtiments croisés sur le parcours.

A rather unremarkable activity. The boat simply goes back and forth along the river. An audio guide is offered, but they don't tell you it's a QR code that leads to explanations on a website (in several languages). Unfortunately, they don't warn you in advance that it requires a roaming subscription and that you need to bring your own headphones. It's very difficult to synchronize the audio with the buildings you pass along the way.

Paseo en barco típico y sin más La audio guía es mediante una app que te tienes que descargar en el móvil. Menos mal que leyendo otras reseñas me hicieron ir preparado con auriculares. No obstante el barco va a su aire y la explicación al suyo, por lo que no sabes muy bien que lo que estás viendo es lo que te explican en la app.

A typical boat trip, nothing special. The audio guide is through an app you have to download to your phone. Luckily, after reading other reviews, I was advised to bring headphones. However, the boat moves at its own pace, and the explanation follows suit, so you're not entirely sure what you're seeing matches what's being described on the app.

La audioguía deja mucho que desear. Nada intuitiva y sin estar ordenadas las cosas según las vas viendo. Lo bueno es que te puedes bajar en Portugalete a la ida y volver a subir a la vuelta del recorrido. Personalmente, nos bajamos en Portugalete a la vuelta y desde allí cogimos el metro para volver a Bilbao.

The audio guide leaves a lot to be desired. Not intuitive and the things are not organized as you see them. The good thing is that you can get off in Portugalete on the way there and get back on the return trip. Personally, we got off in Portugalete on the way back and from there we took the metro to return to Bilbao.

Las vistas muy bonitas pero se hace un poco pesado, hace unas cuantas paradas, en las que no se baja del barco, no entendimos muy buen para que, puesto que nadie te explica nada, se echa bastante en falta que nos diesen una pequeña explicación o un pequeño video, ya que el barco arranca y nadie dice nada, por los carteles que leímos te ofrecen descargar una audio guía la cual no explica prácticamente nada y tienes que ir poniendo tu los video según vas viendo los monumentos

The views were very beautiful, but it gets a bit tedious. It makes several stops where you don't get off the boat. We didn't really understand why, since no one explains anything. We really missed having a short explanation or a video, because the boat starts moving and no one says a word. According to the signs we read, they offer you an audio guide to download, which explains practically nothing, and you have to play the videos yourself as you see the monuments.
